Factory Reset the Device
Clearing the link between receivers and switches
Resetting the C-RFWF-SM1
Clearing the link between receivers and switches
Press and hold the Control Button on the receiver for 6-8 seconds to clear any previous link to any Candeo kinetic switches.
Resetting the C-RFWF-SM1
Press and hold the Control Button on the receiver for 10-15 seconds to reset the device and put it in pairing mode.
Pairing
Pairing switches to the receivers:

Method 1
- Press and hold the Control Button on the receiver for 3-5 seconds.
- Press the wireless kinetic switch that you wish to pair with the receiver.
Method 2
Note: This Method is only applicable to receivers that have already been paired with at least 1 switch.
- Using a switch that has already been paired to the receiver, Press the switch 8 times within 3 seconds.
- The lamps will blink to indicate the receiver is in pairing mode.
- Press the unpaired wireless kinetic switch that you wish to pair with the receiver, to complete the pairing process.

No preparation needed - the device will work natively with ZHA.

No preparation needed - the device will work natively with ZHA.
SmartThings
No preparation needed - the device will work natively with SmartThings.
Hubitat
No preparation needed - the device will work natively with Hubitat.
Hue
The core features for this device work in Philips Hue. For more advanced features, an alternative Zigbee platform is recommended.
Amazon Echo
The core features are supported natively in Amazon Echo devices that have Zigbee. For more advanced features an alternative Zigbee platform is recommended.
Other Zigbee 3.0 platforms
Please follow the pairing instructions for your hub.
Put the Device in Pairing Mode:
- Press and hold the Control Button on the receiver for 10-15 seconds to simultaneously factory reset and put the device in pairing mode.
- Note: All configuration parameters will be reset after the device is reset or removed from the network.
