Installation Instructions

We recommend installing the LED controller using the included double sided sticky patch included, however you can also mount it using a screw through the slot just below the input.

Factory Reset the Device

  1. Button reset:
    1. Long press OPT button for 10 seconds.
  2. WLED APP reset:
    1. Go to WLED control page.
    2. Click “Config”.
    3. Click “Security & Updates”.
    4. Check the “Factory reset” box.
    5. Click “Save”.

Pairing

  1. Power on the WLED controller.
  2. Open the phone settings and enter Wi-Fi settings, find "WLED-AP" and connect to it. If it's requested the password is "wled1234".
  3. After successful connection, it will automatically jump to the WLED page (or enter the website 4.3.2.1 in the browser to enter the WLED page).
  4. Click "WIFI SETTINGS", set the Wi-Fi account and password
  5. Click "Save & Connect" at the top of the screen to save.
  6. Keep the phone and WLED controller connected to the same Wi-Fi connection.
  7. Enter the WLED APP.
  8. Click the "+" in the upper right corner of the screen, and then click "DISCOVER LIGHTS...".
  9. When the button below displays "Found WLED!", it means that the WLED controller has been found.
  10. Click the checkmark in the upper right corner to return to the main page. The found WLED controller will be displayed in the list.

  1. Select your WLED controller in the app
  2. Click the pencil icon
  3. Any available updates should be presented here.
  4. Click the update button

  1. Download the appropriate firmware.
  2. Select your WLED controller
  3. Click the info logo
  4. Click the update button
  5. Click browse
  6. Select your firmware
