Installation Instructions

Please follow the wiring instructions article linked above, and then using the screws included, attach the C302-WF to the backbox. Finally press the screw caps over the screws.

Factory Reset the Device

To factory reset the switch, press and hold the knob for 10 seconds.

Confirmation: Once reset successfully, the connected light will flash 2 times.

Pairing

Pairing to Smart Life - Method 1 [Click to Expand ▾]

1. Prepare your smartphone:
   • Install Smart Life from your app store, and create an account if you do not already have one.
   • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
2. Factory reset the switch as detailed above.
3. Open the Smart Life app and tap the (+) icon to add a new device.
4. Allow the app to scan for new devices.
5. Once discovered, select Add and tap the (+) icon to add the Wi-Fi dimmer to your devices.
6. Rename the device as desired. You can now control the switch via the Smart Life app.

If connection fails using the above method, please turn off Bluetooth on your phone and follow Method 2 below.

Pairing to Smart Life - Method 2 [Click to Expand ▾]

1. Factory reset the switch as detailed above.
2. Open the Smart Life app and tap the (+) icon to add a new device.
3. From the left-hand menu, select Lighting and then choose Light Source (Wi-Fi).
4. Follow the prompts in the Smart Life app, confirming that the light is blinking slowly or breathing.
5. Smart Life will locate the switch and prompt you to add it.
6. Rename the device as desired. You can now control the switch via the Smart Life app.
