Firstly, we recommend doing a factory reset:
- Turn on the light, press the knob 5 times with a long press (3 seconds) on the fifth time. Once reset successfully, the lamp will flash 5 times.
Then put the switch in network pairing mode:
- Turn on your lamp, then double press the knob, with a long press on the second time. The light will blink twice to indicate it is in network pairing mode, which will last for 15 minutes. If your connection attempt times out, repeat this step if necessary.
- Initiate pairing on your Zigbee hub.
