[C-ZB-SR5BR] 5 button remote troubleshooting
- The first step we recommend in any troubleshooting is a factory reset.
- This can be done by pressing the centre button quickly 5 times, and followed by a long 6th press (3 seconds).
- Please ensure that your hub is in range, typically <30m indoors.
- Please ensure that you have not exceeded the maximum amount of devices allowed for your hub
