Factory reset

If you need delete the device from your Smart Life account, or perform a factory reset:
  1. Select the device in the Smart Life app and tap the edit icon in the top right corner.
  2. Scroll to the bottom to select “Remove Device”.
  3. Choose “Disconnect and Wipe Data”.
