C-RD1C: Why does my companion dimmer stop responding at max value?
Please try setting the maximum brightness of the dimmer

Setting Maximum Brightness:
  1. Start adjustment: 6 short presses + long 7th press
    1. LED confirmation: LED flashes green 2 times
  2. Adjust brightness: Turn rotary knob to 100% then lower it to a maximum level you are happy with (for example 95%)
  3. Save setting: 2 short presses
    1. Confirmation: LED stays solid green for 3 seconds
