[C-ZB-LC20] How do I pair my zigbee LED controller to Home Assistant? (ZHA)


  1. Identify the capabilities of the LED strip you are using, and decide which mode you want to use on the 5-in-1 controller.
  2. Factory Reset the controller:
    1. Method 1:
      1. Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. The LED strip will flash 3 times.
    2. Method 2:
      1. Power on the controller.
      2. Within 2 seconds disconnect the power.
      3. Wait for at least 5 seconds.
      4. Repeat steps i. through iii. 5 times.
      5. The LED strip will flash 3 times.
  3. Put the controller into the correct mode by Short Pressing the Opt button cycles through the modes. Press the Opt button until the LED indicates that you have matched the mode of the controller to your LED strip type.
  4. Add the module to your Home Assistant:
    1. Open your Home Assistant dashboard.
    2. Go to the menu and click on settings.
    3. Click "Devices & Services".
    4. Click the blue "ADD INTEGRATION" button.
    5. Click "Add Zigbee device".
    6. Home Assistant will scan for new zigbee devices.

If your Home Assistant hub doesn't find the LED controller, please try powering the controller off and on again, or resetting the controller.
