[CMM-1] Switching mode

1. To switch the mode of the Modmote from Dimming mode to Scene Switch mode (and vice versa), hold down buttons 3 and 4 for 10 seconds, until button 1 flashes green.
   
2. Wait for 5 seconds before pressing any button, and the remote will switch modes
