[CMM-1] How do I install a new Smartthings driver?



  1. Install our new custom driver:
    1. We recommend you unpair any modmote devices already paired first.
    2. Go to:
      https://bestow-regional.api.smartthings.com/invite/1J2QyNNJAO20
    3. Sign in to your Samsung account.
    4. Click "Enroll".
    5. Click "Available Drivers".
    6. Now find your model in the descriptions.
    7. Click "Install" under the driver details.
    Please note, you only need to install the driver once. All further modmote devices should pick up the new driver.

      Changing the driver.

      If you would prefer not to unpair your modmote devices, and add them again, you can change the modmote driver to our custom driver by importing the driver, and then following the instructions below:
      1. On your Smartthings app go to "Devices".
      2. Find and select your modmote.
      3. Tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner.
      4. Tap "Driver".
      5. Tap "Select different driver".
      6. Select the new driver.
