- Factory reset the plug:
- Turn on the plug and lamp.
- Press the button 3 times quickly (holding for at least 2 seconds on the 3rd press).
- The light will flash twice.
- Install our new custom driver:
- We recommend you unpair any C202/C202N devices already paired first.
- Go to:
- Sign in to your Samsung account.
- Click "Enroll".
- Click "Available Drivers".
- Now find your model in the descriptions.
- Click "Install" under the driver details.
- To initiate pairing mode to pair to Smartthings, open your Smartthings app:
- Go to devices.
- Select the room of your choice.
- Tap the +.
- Choose "Add a device".
- Choose "Scan nearby".
- Turn on the plug and lamp.
- Press the button 6 times quickly.
- The light will flash 3 times, indicating that the dimmer has entered pairing mode.
