[C202/C202N] Troubleshooting pairing

  1. Please do a factory reset and try again.
  2. If possible, please move the your Hue Bridge / Zigbee hub as close as possible to the switch during set up, and try again. (You can always move it back to it’s normal location later).
  3. Please check that your Hue Bridge / Zigbee hub have not reached their device limit. If so, you will need to delete a device to set up this switch.
  4. Please try and set up this switch on a different light circuit.
    • During initialisation the switch will test the dimming capabilities and range of the lighting circuit. If this function fails for any reason associated with the lighting circuit, the pairing process could fail.
    • It is important to determine whether the problem may be due to the lighting circuit, so testing on alternative circuit will help identify this.
    • If installation (with a Factory Reset) is successful on an alternative circuit, you can move back to the problematic circuit and install there without performing the Factory Reset.
    • If you have identified that the switch does work successfully on an alternative lighting circuit, I would recommend installing an LED bypass on the problematic circuit.
