[C202/C202N] Home Assistant - ZHA firmware issue - Batches #7 and #8 2022-23
The most up to date firmwares have Date Codes: 20230828, 20240813 or 20241020.
The most up to date sw build id is 1.04 for 20230828, 1.20 for 20240813 and 1.30 for 20241020.
- We are aware that some of our dimmers in batches #7 and #8 from 2022-23 had a firmware issue when used with ZHA.
- If your device is batch 7 or 8, and date code 20230401 please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.
Compatible devices
To check whether your device is compatible with the latest firmware update, you will need to check the firmware date code of your switch, and also the “#” number on the back of the switch.
Once you have these 2 numbers, please check this table to confirm whether your device is compatible with the below firmware update.
