How to enable pairing mode on your Zigbee hub


Home Assistant
Zigbee2MQTT
SmartThings
Hubitat
Hue
Other Zigbee 3.0 systems
Home Assistant
  1. Open your Home Assistant dashboard.
  2. Go to the menu and click on settings.
  3. Click "Devices & Services".
  4. Click the blue "ADD INTEGRATION" button.
  5. Click "Add Zigbee device".
  6. Home Assistant will scan for new Zigbee devices.

Zigbee2MQTT
  1. In zigbee2mqtt, click “Permit Join”
SmartThings
  1. Open your SmartThings app.
  2. Go to devices.
  3. Select the room of your choice.
  4. Tap the +.
  5. Choose "Add a device".
  6. Choose  "Scan nearby".

Hubitat
  1. Open your Hubitat dashboard:
  2. Go to Devices.
  3. Click "Add Device".
  4. Under "Add device manually" select Zigbee.
Hue
  1. Open your Hue app
  2. Click the 3 dots
  3. Click "Add lights"
  4. Choose a room, or create a new one
  5. Click "No QR code"
  6. Click "Next"
  7. Click "Lights and smart plugs"
  8. Click "Next"
  9. The Hue bridge will scan for lights, and should find your device
