• Candeo does not receive, collect or store data generated through the normal operation of these products.
• The Candeo product itself does not require personal information such as a user's name, email address or postal address. Data exchanged by the product is technical device, control or sensor information.
• A customer's chosen Zigbee hub or third-party platform — for example Philips Hue, SmartThings or Home Assistant — may separately process or store information according to the operation of that platform and its own privacy policies.

• Certain Candeo Wi-Fi products use the Tuya / Smart Life platform to provide smart control and remote access.
• The products may generate technical information such as device status, settings, control commands, device identifiers and network information required to provide the connected service.
• Candeo Smart Ltd does not receive or retain personal information or product usage data generated through the normal operation of the Tuya service. Candeo does not operate the Tuya cloud platform.
• Information required to provide the Tuya / Smart Life service may instead be processed by Tuya. This can include account information, device and network information and data generated through use of connected devices.
• Customers should also refer to Tuya's applicable privacy information for details of how the Tuya / Smart Life platform handles their data.

• Candeo WLED controllers are designed primarily for local operation and do not require a Candeo cloud service.
• Technical information such as LED configuration, colours, effects, brightness, presets, network information and device settings may be generated or stored locally on the WLED controller.
• Candeo does not receive or store this product data.
• Where a controller includes a microphone for audio-reactive lighting, audio information is processed locally to create lighting effects. The controller is not intended to record conversations or create stored audio recordings.
• WLED may also offer optional features provided by the independent WLED project. Any optional external data submission is separate from Candeo and is described in the full declaration.

• Candeo Kinetic wireless switches, remote controls and RF receivers use short-range radio communication to send control signals between products.
• When a switch or remote is operated, technical RF control information is transmitted to the paired receiver. RF-only products do not require an internet connection, Candeo account or Candeo cloud service.
• Candeo does not receive, collect or store information generated by the operation of these RF products.
• The RF communication is used solely to allow compatible devices to identify and respond to control commands.
• Products which additionally incorporate Zigbee or Wi-Fi connectivity are covered by the relevant Zigbee or Tuya / Wi-Fi declaration.

• The Candeo RD1C is a wired companion control designed for use with compatible Candeo RD1-series dimmers.
• The companion communicates locally with the connected dimmer through its physical wired connection. Any information exchanged is limited to the technical control information required for operation of the lighting circuit.
• The RD1C does not independently connect to the internet or to a Candeo cloud service.
• Candeo does not receive, collect or store data generated through operation of the RD1C.
• Where the main dimmer incorporates Zigbee connectivity, its Zigbee functionality is additionally covered by the Candeo Zigbee Product Data Transparency Declaration.

• The Candeo C-TSFS programmable timer operates locally and does not require an internet connection, app, user account or Candeo cloud service.
• The product stores the technical information necessary for its operation, such as the current date and time and the schedules programmed by the user.
• This information remains locally on the product and is used solely to provide its timer and switching functions.
• Candeo does not receive, collect or remotely store this information.
• Users can view, change or remove programmed information directly using the controls on the product.

Many Candeo products contain no smart or connected functionality and do not generate, store or communicate digital product data.

This includes applicable conventional electrical accessories, switches, faceplates, passive LED products and other non-connected products.

These products:

• do not generate digital product data;
• do not connect to the internet or a cloud service;
• do not collect or transmit personal information; and
• do not provide product usage data to Candeo.

There is therefore no product-generated digital data for Candeo or the customer to access or delete.
