[C302-WF] Wiring Instructions

1. Turn off the power
   
1. To avoid electrical shock and/or equipment damage, disconnect ectrical power at the main fuse or circuit breaker before installation and maintenance.
   
2. Be aware that even if the circuit breaker is off, some voltage may remain in the wires — before proceeding with the installation, be sure no voltage is present in the wiring.
   
2. Unscrew the existing switch/dimmer from the wall, and before removing the wires note where the wires are connected. Taking a photo is also useful for comparison.
3. Connect the device according to the diagrams shown below for either a 1-way or 2-way/multiway system.
   

When wiring a 2-way/multiway system only 1 dimmer can be used in the circuit. All other switches must be (non-smart) push/retractive switches, with only one direction i.e. bottom OR top only. On/off toggle switches are not supported.  Push/retractive switches should be press to make.
